🏃 Runner Volunteer – Help with setup, supply delivery, and assisting staff on the move.
🚧 Crowd/Line Control Volunteer – Help manage lines and keep things flowing smoothly.

Duties:
Check in guests using printed lists or the Jotform system.
Confirm completion of waiver/photo release forms.
Distribute wristbands and name tags.
Assist walk-up guests with QR code registration.
Track pre-registered vs. walk-up guests for event data
reporting.
Total Volunteers: 2
Duties:
Warmly welcome families as they arrive.
Provide a brief overview of the event, available services, and how the process works.
Direct guests to the correct line based on their registration status.
Total Volunteers: 7
Duties:
Safely serve snacks and keep the station clean and organized.
Track the number of guests served at each station.
Follow all food safety guidelines, including proper glove usage.
Runner supports all stations with supply refills as needed.
Total: 6 Volunteers
Duties:
Keep guests hydrated in all major zones.Float to high-traffic areas (vendor booths, lines).Maintain water inventory and coordinate restocks.
Total: 10 Volunteers
Duties:
Manage guest flow between zones and entry points.
Keep lines orderly and redirect traffic when needed.
Coordinate with Security for public safety and comfort.
Total: 2 Volunteers
Duties:
Assist with dental check-in and line flow.Confirm pre-registrations using printed list.
Help walk-ups scan QR codes and register.Communicate with Ronald McDonald House Charities team.Track number of guests served for reporting

Escalate emergencies to event staff immediately.

Oversees all General Runners.
Supports any station experiencing high volume or urgent need.
Communicates directly with zone leads.
Acts as point person for logistical emergencies.

Time Monitor: Ensure guests stay within their time limit.
Stationed at one vendor only (no floating).
Accurately track data for donor and grant reporting.
